holiday catering menu includes 2 of chefs seasonal passed hors d'oeuvres which include pigs in a blanket, spanakopita, chrimp cocktail, meatballs, mac n cheese bites, chicken quesadilla, spring rolls, tomato/mozarella skewers, beef skewers, shrimp tempura, crab salad spoons. Choose one salad, house salad or caesar salad. Choose one potato mashed, roasted yukon gold, or garlic and herb french fries. choice of one pasta, penne a la vodka, pasta aioli, rigatoni and sausage, penne primavera, black pepper penne. choice of one carving station, roast beef with au jus, spiral ham, honey glazed pork loin, turkey breast with cranberry sauce, herb marinated flank steak with a horseradish gravy. choice of one seafood, dover stuffed sole, river shannon salmon, seafood diablo or mahi mahi. choice of one chicken, jameson, flanagans chicken, marsala or francese. Premium stock open bar, chef's seasonnal selevtion of vegatables. Including coffee tea holiday cookie plater served at the end of the affair. $55++ per person.
